Meet Clair 💪🏾
She has an extra beautiful glow  🤩  this Friday.

You wanna know how she got that glow?
A few weeks ago Clair made a small change in her life, she decided to start Personal Training with @michelle_fitnesspigen.

Clair started from zero, but is very motivated to make a change. So we 💪🏾 2-3 times a week, every workout is different, with new variations and that is what gives Clair a quick progress and motivation to keep pushing forward.

You know what Clair 😀 I want to tell you that I’m so proud of you. Every time we workout, you give it 💯 and that’s why you already feel results after just a few sessions.

Today you told me: “after each training, I feel so good and I’m so happy I started”
